Founder & Infrastructure Architect

Founder of VSHIFT Solutions. Mounir brings more than 20 years of infrastructure experience, including 7 years at VMware as a senior infrastructure architect. He leads technical strategy, architecture decisions and client engagements, with direct involvement in complex projects. Specialised in VMware to Proxmox migrations, his expertise also covers storage, HA/DR and automation.

Philippe Hervis

Sales Director

Philippe brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including 14 years as Country Manager for France and Belgium at DataCore Software. He has strong experience leading enterprise engagements, contractual governance, and sales and pre-sales teams, also gained at MAXDATA and ViewSonic.

Identified specialist network

For large-scale projects, Proxmox, Vates and storage specialists are identified during scoping. Any additional resource is presented before joining the engagement.

Transparent availability

Scoping confirms whether the project fits our available capacity and makes the proposed delivery team explicit.

Systematic documentation

Each engagement produces runbooks, HLD/LLD documentation and a recovery plan to support the agreed operational handover.
